405-2569 The Lead-Free Soldering Skill Evaluation Kit provides an efficient way to determine the skill of a solder operator and is often used to see if additional training is needed. Companies can use this kit to screen potential employees before employment, transition operator skills from Tin Lead to Lead Free soldering, or to assess an operator for skill maintenance during employment. In addition, the kit can be used as a workmanship training project for skill evaluation or enhancement with a very low material and lost labor expense.
